1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 375pk ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), operating through the website accessible at https://375pk.cam (the "Site").

4 Account Eligibility

5 Account Registration & Verification (KYC)

5.1 Registration Process

5.4 Account Security

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

You may fund your 375pk account using payment methods made available in the cashier section of the platform. Available options may include bank transfers (such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah), mobile wallets (such as Easypaisa or JazzCash), Raast instant transfers, and cryptocurrency options where supported. Availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

6.2 Minimum & Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by the platform and may vary by payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section. PKR-denominated limits apply where the Pakistani Rupee is selected as your account currency.

6.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be approved:

• Identity verification (KYC) must be fully completed and approved.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed any applicable bonus cash-out cap.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on 375pk are subject to specific terms and conditions, including minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, game contribution rates, maximum stake limits during bonus play, bonus expiry periods, sticky/non-sticky designation and maximum cash-out caps. 7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While a bonus is active on your account, placing individual wagers that exceed the stated maximum bet per round (example: PKR 500 per spin or bet) may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided. This rule applies regardless of whether the excess stake was intentional.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses not used or fully wagered within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from your account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

7.5 Abuse & Misuse

375pk reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of software errors, use of prohibited betting strategies, coordinated play between accounts, or breach of any other condition is identified. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes abuse at our reasonable discretion.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 375pk platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Opening multiple accounts, whether in your own name or under assumed identities.
• Using another person's account, payment method or identity without their express consent.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any financially criminal activity through the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or access platform features.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional structures.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back or dispute legitimate transactions with your bank or payment provider.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law, where you are aware of such prohibition.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 375pk platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, guides and software — is the intellectual property of 375pk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any platform content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on platform content.

The 375pk brand name, logo and associated marks are proprietary to 375pk. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Guarantee of Winnings

12 Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by 375pk

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.

• Regulatory or compliance obligations requiring account closure.

12.2 Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, ensure all pending bonus wagering requirements are addressed and any eligible withdrawable balance is processed. Closed accounts may not be reopened.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination for cause, any bonus balances will be forfeited.
